Only the great pyramid of Cholula in Puebla, Mexico also known as the sun pyramid was taller. Only because of weathering thou which has erroded 33ft of the pyramid at Giza (was originaly 482ft)

This Pyramid is made from mudbrick rather than granite, limestone or sandstone blocks traditionally used in latter Egyptian monuments.

This is more than likely a Roman bulding called an Amphitheatre designed for small scale entertainment and small public conferences. The columns are more of a Roman style columns sloping inward at the top and   decorated mainly at the top to add illusion of height and granduer.
