I have contacted Ken Churchill (Parish, District & County Councillor) ken.churchill@hunts.gov.uk on several occasions trying to get a date to meet Jim Stevenson (Head Ranger) & Pat Knight (Head of Huntingdon Countryside services), as yet NO date has been forthcoming.

The Cloudy lake sign has been removed so as to loose its identity with angling.
The Hayling, Rudd, Cloudy lakes together with the field (now called the meadow) is owned by Lafarge (formally Redland) Under a 99 year agreement signed on 6th September 1998, HDC (Huntingdon District Council). This requires HDC to seek agreements with fishing interests and other recreational users. The agreement also states that the area should be managed to include the enjoyment of nature and open air recreation of any sort. At present the Local Nature Reserve is being overrun by NON local, day trippers and angling is seen as a pest unlike the flies and weed which are more important.
To all those who have registered with PE196, you have already at least made HDC sit up, they now HAVE to talk not just ignore. If you can be of any assistance in getting a date for our meeting, or in any way you want to help please let me know.

just to put thing right from the start us up north in hartlepool just thought it was a spy but didnt have the rights to hang the fecking thing..........so we sent it to stockton and it was hung under there law in the town centre.

but were still hung like monkeys just you ask bry
